All our subscription packages require a 12-month initial commitment. After this period, service continues on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation notice.
If you cancel, we take your website offline. You may sign a new 12-month minimum contract at any point. We retain ownership of the code base.
Yes, transferring the source code and all data to a compressed folder or transferring ownership of the GitHub repository will be invoiced on a case-by-case basis
For subscription packages, we retain ownership of the codebase, and we grant you a license, while for lump sum packages, we will transfer ownership of the codebase to you upon delivery. No matter the package, you own the domain name, and any assets and content you have provided us with.
All our subscription plans include a monthly allocation of update hours. For changes exceeding your package allowance, we offer competitive hourly rates (75 Euro per hour) for additional work. While for lump sum packages, we charge 90 Euro per hour as post launch charges
