Software that holds up in production
We do not build demos that never go live, and we do not build overloaded setups. We build software that solves a specific business problem and then keeps running. The work is technical and often demanding, and it is judged by the result. If you write clean code, can explain your design decisions and would rather solve real problems than chase trends, you will fit in.
